Paul has worked within the food industry for decades; he has worked within the frozen and ambient food sector within the field of accounting.

He introduced and marketed a new US food Brand to the UK, which was short-listed by the World Food Awards as the Best New Product, listed by Asda and other independent retailers. The Awards ceremony filmed by Sony TV, was broadcasted to over 100 million viewers worldwide.

He has also worked within sales, the entertainment industry, managing record companies and artistes and organizing sponsorship deals with several multinational brands.

He is the winner of the Black Britain Initiative-Enterprise Lifestyle Achievement Award 2009.

He is also a director of several international businesses.

With experience from the financial industry in group financial management, operations and support and being a business partner to financial operating units, Ntombi has established a reputation for developing and maintaining excellent business rapport and credibility with clients and key stakeholders. She continues to create strides in the business industry by seeking growth and using her experience to create opportunities, despite the tough and harsh economy in South Africa. A visionary who also believes that being a business person is not just about personal pursuit, but it is also about creating a better world to live in. She joins Afro Caribbean Savouries as a Director of Finance and Marketing focusing on championing the brand, expanding customer base and implementing marketing strategies to achieve financial objectives and maintain stakeholder relationships.

PAMELA LULAMA NQINI

Pamela has a Master’s in International Development Management, UK, London. She has over twelve years of experience in financial services with some of the largest banks and investment manager in Southern Africa. Her experience entails management accounting reporting, investment analysis and project investment management for real estate projects. As well as market development within real estate for social infrastructure development. She joins Afro Caribbean Savouries as a Director of Strategy to oversee the development of the business for adaptability and growth in the Sub-Saharan region.
